Do you have any sites that you allow them to server the banner?
You are correct though, it seems that the servers are back now, however I believe they have been very unstable….not sure if it the boxes or router issues in the area or what but there have been numerous issues the past couple of weeks.
Also, please note, I checked over the course of over an hour BEFORE I posted a note.
I do know however, that the server has been going through some updating as to the commission structure of Bingo etc….hopefully it was just do to that….and my lack of patience…
I’ve been getting a little bug-eyed looking at code the past few days….

I try to serve my own banners. That way, the banners go down, the whole site is down anyways!
I server a lot of my own banners also….
but, bandwidth charges sometimes force me to server at least a percentage of the art from outher sources….
the art is down again today….
this is really starting to pi$$ me off….
The art is STILL down for wagerjunction!!!
Real disappointed in this….the players that I do have (especially at Geisha Lounge) have always been loyal spenders….
Wager junction seems to have a server overload. Maybe they are under attack? Right now they are working. I will check this out first thing tomorrow.
I have trouble logging into any playtech stats also.
I have checked numerous times throughout the night and most of the day….and each time I have looked the art was NOT being served…
I can’t help on a Sunday but will get it corrected tomorrow
Ok, there was a server problem and the banners had to be moved to a new location.

that is absolutely NO SOLUTION at all….
The art is STILL not being served….
Just log in and get creatives like normal….and you will see that half the art in there has incorrect image links….
Here is an example…this USED to be an image link for a 125×125 banner that is no longer being served
http://www.ecmTrack.com/creatives/11720038482612.gifI have no idea whewre that image is now…and I am REALLY upset I much now search dillegently to find all the bad art links and replace them….
Here is ANOTHER “what-if” scenario…
Let’s say someone has 100 sites…and there may be only 10 images at each of these sites. Now that persopn has 1000 pages he must now update!!@!!
The solution would have been to turn the da** art back on and give webmasters the opportunity to update their sites over time….
The art exists.
The server exists.
Create the folders and let us have the art….and TELL us that we need to update by a certain date or something….This problem has been going on for a few weeks now and NOT ONCE have I received an email explaining that the art was gonna be moved to a different box/folder structure…ANYTHING!!
Actually….
Upon further inspection….some of the art is still in the folders at the same place and some isn’t.
The control panel is still giving links pointing to
http://www.ecmTrack.com/creatives/….so what’s the big deal….copy the images back in to the folders….
DUH!
And like I said before….if we gotta change the way the art is served give us some time to do so!!!

I’d like to see what they have to say to this myself.
Are they working now?
They have had such massive server problems that they have made so many changes that they just weren’t able to keep up with everything.
The old codes should be working now.
You should be able to change over to the new way of serving nice and slowly.
