Job Title: Marketing Affiliate Executive


A leading provider of Internet gambling products is looking to recruit an Affiliate Management Executive. You will have direct responsibility for the development of all affiliate management projects and acquisition targets. As an integral part of the marketing team you will focus on acquiring new affiliates and driving new customers to the site.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•Develop new Affiliate and partner relationships.
•Deliver on weekly and by four week period, sales and efficiency targets.
•Identify and implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, exploit new growth opportunities, and optimize ROI.
•Create marketing plans to attract new affiliates.
•Identify and negotiate cost-effective online affiliate/reseller marketing deals.
•Manage and support affiliate and partner relationships with marketing advice, creative, analysis, and reporting.
•Create, review and update all affiliate communications, including website content, automatically generated emails, support generated emails, and regular newsletters.
•Manage affiliate compensation offers and options, and ensure that they are all paid correctly and in a timely fashion.
•Develop ongoing effective incentive programs and promotions designed to boost affiliate loyalty and retention.
•Build and scale online affiliate acquisition programs.
•Evaluate various channels to aid in affiliate/reseller partner acquisition, nurture and build strategic partnerships.
•Monitor competitive landscape to identify and maintain best practices.
•Management of affiliate sites, ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled, and then securing additional obligations with a view to increasing account numbers
•Maintaining regular contact by telephone and email with clients to ensure adverts are well placed
•Writing and sending out editorial content, highlighting the latest promotion/offer
•Updating the partner/client database
•Reporting on Competitor Affiliate Programs
•Creating HTML email campaigns
•Setting up links and web based tracking
•Affiliate Network administration
•Management of one of the dedicated news sites, ensuring that all content and graphics are regularly updated and FSA compliant
•Researching and utilising search optimisation techniques for use in ranking the company sites
•Assisting with the planning of promotions
•Dealing with FSA queries, invoice requests and third party statistics

Education & Experience:

•At least 18 month’s experience gained within an affiliate management role.
•Strong campaign management skills.
•Demonstrable creative/ promotional skills.
•HTML skills a plus.


•Strong communication skills including excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
•Outstanding co-ordination and organizational abilities especially in relation to managing your own activities a genuine interest in, and good knowledge of, online gambling products is highly advantageous but not essential.

•Proactive, self starter able to use initiative to ‘get things done’
•Able to proactively manage and prioritize own activities accordingly to changing priorities
•Highly attentive to detail, natural finisher, completes multiple projects to highest level of quality
•Multitasking is second nature
•Keen learner, willing and able to absorb new concepts in marketing 
•An excellent knowledge of and passion for sport
•Ability to self motivate and to work well under pressure of tight deadlines
•Experience of developing third party relationships
