I am starting a free banner exchange. You can signup here:

Since this is very new and I am just starting to get people, I have also added a promo code that will be good for a few weeks, use “newuser” to get an additional 150 impressions.

I am still looking for people on the banner exchange, currently there are just under 20 sites registered. I have changed the numbers to make it more appealing for people. You will now start with 500 impressions and using the promo code “newuser” will give you an additional 300 impressions.
Also, I have changed it to a 1 to 1 ratio, meaning for every banner you display on your site, you will get a 1 impression credit.
