I have decided to send out this newsletter as there has been a lot of
discussion re the changing of terms and conditions on various forums in
the last month and I decided that I need to set out what Wager Junction
is doing.I have reverted back to the old Terms and Conditions that state my
affiliates will be receiving 35% in Commission.I have removed the 3-month ruling that stated if you did not deliver an
active player for a 3-month period we had the right to close down the
account.I have added to the terms and condition a paragraph that penalizes
partners that copy content and sites. To be frank my changes were very small in comparison to the other
programs and were designed to reward the webmasters that promoted me.I have had a few constructive talks this week with my casino partners
and we agree that the voices of our partners must be heard. As the
feedback that we have been receiving from our Affiliate partners is
overwhelmingly negative we have reverted tot he old T&Cs with a few positive
changes. The changes to the Terms and Conditions have been made and are in
place. If we do make changes in the future we will be making these changes on
the basis of the change being made going forward.I do doubt that any further changes will be made though as my Casino
partners are well aware that the pie is big enough for everyone and
really do not mind sharing the love as I so often term it in the office. My sole existence for being here is to look after the needs of my
partners and to liase with the Casinos. I think that you will find that this
has been done and I have learnt another valuable lesson in the art of
Affiliate Management.Have a great day and if you require anything further please do not
hesitate to contact me.August 4, 2005 at 11:45 am #670088vladcizsolMemberThis is indeed good news and a ray of hope that other programs will have the common sense to follow suit.
Greg and Wager Junction are to be commended for being BIG ENOUGH to realize that changes which detract from the partner relationship they have established with their affiliates arent worth a small short term gain.
I sincerely wish all programs would follow Wager Junctions LEADERSHIP today and do the right thing by their affiliates.

It isn’t too late, but if the others wait until their pockets are light because of all the bad publicity they’re getting plus links being pulled left and right, no one will respect that nor agree to promote them again.
August 4, 2005 at 1:29 pm #670100AnonymousInactiveI am glad they as I say “have seen the light” and I hope the others will follow, we should never, ever have an “us and them” situation with any of the affiliate programs, that is not the spirit of a good and true partnership
Should any affiliate program ever be having difficulties for whatever reason in the future, Im confident that most affiliates would work with them based on previous working relationships, but should an affiliate program have a track record of changing terms and conditions and then run into difficulties most level headed affiliates ( who havent already dropped them) would run a mile from them.
What goes around comes around…….

I am so glad that Greg took the hard route and stood up for us until not only the retrocative term was eliminated, but all other unpleasant terms are gone now!
On top of that he has the nice clause about stolen content!
Thank you Greg, you won’t regret it!
Guys, RTG has been introducing new monthly games and their slots are tops now, I tried them some again just last night.
Players are always looking for reputable RTG casinos – not only are the slots competative now and keep coming out, but their BJ is the fastest, most mesmerizing online. (there, I wrote your adcopy )
Greg and Jeff are both going to find nice places on our sites – these are definitely two of the very top programs available now. Clean, useful T&Cs, top level responsiveness, and good casinos that players like and approve of.
