Foxwoods pushed the envelope and defied the commission regarding hand held devices landbased casinos have developed to play games while away from the actual casino but still on casino grounds. Also the ability to pay for chips in the casino and play them at their home online. This was a few days ago and I’m not sure what the outcome of that encounter was but I just heard on FOX news that Las Vegas is now bringing them out and they will be put into use shortly. It was also reported that this was another step in their march toward legalized online gambling. They are tired of losing all that money to offshore companies.
With this in mind, who do you imagine will need affiliate representation the most… Offshore casinos or the multi-billion dollar marketing, major name recognition, real person, mega promotions Las Vegas …. hmmmmmm. :terms:

I think there will be a number of casinos licenced, under strict rules, and it will be legal for US citizens to play on these and nothing but these.
The remaining online casinos will either try to get licenced or settle into just being there as now.
Where will affiliates be? Everywhere.
That is in the long run though.
Meanwhile we need to make sure the online industry is as blemish free and legal as it can be.
