    This is an interesting article:

(Hartford-WTNH, July 20, 2005 6:05 PM) _ Foxwoods Casino is going head to head with the state’s Attorney General.

Today the two sides met to discuss a new gambling website that some say may violate the law.

Foxwoods still plans to launch it’s new online game on August 2nd. That is unless Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal takes legal action to stop it. And as of right now, that remains a distinct possibility.

Just a day after Attorney General Richard Blumenthal said Foxwoods new online game appears to be illegal, representatives from the casino were at his Hartford office.

“We had a very good open discussion with the Attorney General and his staff about the game,” says Arthur Henick, Foxwoods spokesperson.

“I remain deeply concerned about a game that appears to be on line off the reservation susceptible to minors engaging in gambling,” says Attorney General Richard Blumenthal.

This is one of the central arguments in this.

We maintain that play takes place on the reservation, albeit through a means of long distance communication.

When we play online, where does play really take place?
