    Hi,

Had a issue with a player going MIA at Commission365 last month. The player signed up on the 2’nd of September 2012. However at around 8:30pm, 28’th Sept Cape Town time (where the aff program is located), this player vanished from my stats. I contact my aff manager who got back to me today.

However on Sunday, I received an email from a buddy who also promotes commission365. One of his players while they were not MIA, his revenue was reduced because the aff program claims an update to Netrefer it added multiple bogus deposit entries. And, the reason for the drop in commission is due to that error being fixed.

We’ve both now received the same message from our affiliate manager. I received this statement which is what my aff manager claims he received from support at Netrefer:

There seemed to have been an issue with the import that was done on the 26th (last Wednesday). The data was imported duplicate, and customers who were already registered generated “Duplicate” customer exceptions.

Please note that the Technical Operations Team have gone through all the data from 19/9 through to the 27/9 and re-imported all the data from scratch one by one.

This has now been resolved and the system has been refreshed.

Thing is though, my missing player signed up on the 2’nd (deposited $2.7K) and remained visible throughout this entire mess, right up until Friday night 28/9. Then this player vanished. I’ve not had any reason to not trust Commission365, hence why I don’t take back-up copies of stats.

However since my buddy contacted me with his error and the fact Commission365 never sent out an email advising affiliates of this Netrefer issue, makes me wonder if this error is legit or if something more sinister is at work here.

NB – My aff manager claims it was all fixed on Thursday the 27/09, yet my player didn’t go MIA until the 28/09.

I work with other programs who use Netrefer and none of these had any issues.

Anyone else experience any problem with commission365 with regard to their players in Sept 2012?

    Cheers

    Dave

    Hi Dave:

Thank you for sharing your story here with the community. I’m so sorry to hear that you;re facing any issues.

So… it appears that Commission365 is not a listed CAP Partner. But… I do have some contacts I’ve found there that may be worth reaching out to. I will PM you the info and hopefully something can get resolved here.

    Nonetheless, please keep us posted!

    Hi Jill,

    Thanks :)

Received this from Netrefer per favour Comm365:

If the Affiliate is able to quote the Customer ID or the Username then we will be able to look into this for you, but as it stands at the moment we do not have enough information to investigate accordingly.

While my buddy had not satisfaction, I’m one of their larger affiliates and I’ve since demanded proof. While Netrefer claim they can’t do anything unless they have a Customer ID or Username, I’ve pointed out to my Comm365 AM, if they have my Affiliate ID (one would imagine Netrefer keep a paper trial & records), it shouldn’t be too hard a task to investigate my account.

Received an email back from my AM saying he’d contact Netrefer again requesting the above take place.

What annoys me on issues like this, affiliates are expect to just accept words as proof. I don’t know about you but I run a business and if there is an error at my bank or any other area which concerns financial losses or gains, I receive actual proof to back up these claims.

Affiliates should also be furnished such proof.
Otherwise aff programs can say what they like and effectively are not held accountable.

    Cheers

    Dave
