Just wanted to alert anyone that works with Wagershare to be careful they are reneging on deals they make with affiliates.. Apparently verbal agreements(skype chat agreements) mean nothing to this company and they will at any time renege on deals as they see fit! I was just recently dropped in my % on a supposedly new player rule that I never agreed to with my affiliate manager Erika I even have the deal chat to prove this fact. Once I shown this chat to her I was then just ignored!!

Also just so your all aware they have an alarming amount of ‘self locked’ player accounts, these are usually players that deposit many times… seems a bit odd that there are so many but in any case unless you keep track and ask about your earnings on these players they WILL NOT pay you!! The time frame was 3 months to ensure the player didn’t do a chargeback before your paid out on them but now it is set to 6 months from what I hear!!

Sure sounds like they do not pay ‘in a Flash’.

Well, I guess you have had eNUFF of them.

They even had free mobile games templates, too bad they seem to be 404’s.

This month I have a big player that deposited over 6500$ in less than a week and then….his account was locked:madat:. I’ve sent an email to ask for the reasons he get locked and I hope I will receive an answer very soon.

I didn’t know about the 3/6 months “rule” but if I don’t get my money next month I will take down all their banners and links.

I did not get any answer from them yet but I’ve got a nice answer via the live chat:

Operator:Unfortunately we are no longer dealing with wagershare, but please could you give me your full name and email address
Operator: So I can pass your information to them
Operator: And they will get back to you
Me: ??? I use the live chat on the Wager Share’s website
Operator: I am sure when they get back to you they will advise you accordingly, I will include this chat when I send them the information

Please note that I’ve used the WagerShare live chat

Have you been emailing a generic address or your affiliate manager? As I always get a reply to emails from them quickly

It is not a good program now, why not add their sites to blacklist?
I worked with them for more than 7 years, but they closed my account this month. I aleady blacklisted all of theire sites.

I just received an answer from my affiliate manager: I will be paid after 6 months. In the meantime, I will pull down all their banners and links.

hmm bit worrying, i have had 3 decent sized depositors accounts locked in the past 10 months, i got the first one paid after the 3 month wait period, the second one made a chargeback so i didnt receive those earnings, now i have another and the wait is now 6 months. My am always answers emails and explains the situation in a timely fashion, so i have no complaints there. But it does seem a rather high amount of locked accounts for one program to be honest…

I have a player in another affiliate program that plays (and mostly loose) almost 10k a month and he/she’s still playing for months now. Next time I will select more carefully the casinos where I want to send my players.

Saw this on gpwa but the live chat comments and comments they will pay you in 6 months is enough of a warning sign to stay away.

Well what would you know, a player who put me -$5000(minus) in the red in july, but came back and played back around $9000 in august has asked for his account to be closed ;p .. so i have to wait 6 months for my earnings from this player…again. That makes it around 7 locked accounts in 8 months and 2 chargebacks. I had already dropped most of my links to the wagershae brands months ago due to strange goings on with these account. This morning i finished off removing them all.
What made me laugh a little was the email my am sent me after i enquired. Obviously he explained how the player closed his account due to excessive play and id had to wait 6 months blah blah.. but in the closing paragraph, he encouraged me to give spin palace a push this month, due to the adverts that will be running on tv here in the UK. So they (spin, Betway) are spending huge amounts of money on tv adverts and PPC campaign (yeey…lets bid on every keyword…doh) so i guess they have to balance the budget somehow…why not defer payments for a bunch of smaller affiliates, and we can even say a few players charged back their deposits….great idea boss… yuck..
Id just like to say this is my opinion. I am not accusing wagershare of any foulplay. My am, Robert Miller, has always been very quick to respond to queries and helpful with providing content and materials.

I just get another big player that yesterday lost 1400$. Let’s see how much it’ll take to close his account :bull****:. I’ve also took down all their links from homepage and sidebars and left only few of them but if they “steal” this player too, I will blacklist all their brands!

Too much complaints to be just rumors.

Gosh when I read stuff like this it makes me think if there are any reputable programs left. Affiliates are nailed left right and center and when it comes to our affiliate stats it leaves a lot to be desired.

I dunno why they even bother to come up with the BS story of the players wanting to self exclude themselves.. we all know they are taking the big depositors away for their own benefit! The excuse of waiting to see if there will be in chargebacks on the deposits is lame since they would know that within 30 days, 60 days max!

All the banks that I work with accept chargebacks in maximum 28 days so 90 days is just excessive.
