RESOLVED: Wagershare… holding payment

    Greetings,

    I apologise in advance for coming here after a while just to complain.

    We have got 5000+ in payments missing from Wagershare from Jan+Fev/2012.

    I saw another similar post but didn’t want to dirt it with my problem.

    So…

    After their new website(wagershare.com), some how they lost the wire transfer information.

    They asked us to re-enter the info on the website.

    We did enter the info that works for all other programs. Unfortunatelly, we cannot see what we entered because their systems don’t have that option.

    Some how this info doesn’t work for them… over and over and over.

    After 12 years in this business, we had to send a void cheque for the first time so they could get the bank info.

    Still doesn’t work for them… just work for all other programs.

    Does anybody know any miracle contact there? We had dealt with: Harriette, Leonardo and Arturo.
