Hi everyone I have been sending emails to betboo partners regarding payment of my commission I have been emailing them over a week now and nooone has responded to any of my emails i even have some of the affiliate team on skype and i see them online and they refuse or choose not to respond to my messages so i am left to think that they wont be paying me my commission owed, does anyone else here has that problem? or is their a rep for the program here, anyones help will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the delay… I was finally able to locate a contact and I’ve PM’d you the email. Have you been in contact with this person before?
I work with betboo mostly on LATAM and I always have been paid on time by betboo, even if is stated on T&C 15 days, they always pay much sooner than that. Also the tracking of players and earning are very transparent. I take the liberty to talk with my AM about this topic and she forward the case to HQ, so you must have a answer very soon.

Thank you so much for your response & update in the forums. Thank goodness you received payment. On our end, we have not received any response from Betboo either. Please keep us posted on this thread if you receive any response from their support team… and we’ll let you know any updates as well…
