Thread: C-planet not paying, unbelievable response

I didn't use them before but started to promote them about a month ago and i asked when they pay they said first at the beggining of each month, now 2 months passed and last week i asked when i will get my payment for last month and they answered the next week (meaning this week)

Today i went ahead and asked when exactly i will be getting my money and their aff worker answered:
"In a perfect world affs would get paid on the first of the month, unfortunately things don't always turn out the way you plan them. We are working to get payments out soon - and I'm not sure of an exact date for payment either."

When i read that i couldn't stop laughing, seriously.

Sometimes i see it funny how people (or companies) let them self to talk or react when they are all online and they don't really see who you are, what makes it more funny for me is that this time they happen to be in my country. Anyway first I hope i can get this sorted out here in a good manner, it will be cheaper for them.

Not many programs are consistent with payouts lately. To play devil's advocate, they do seem to have their hands full with the ever-changing logistics of payment processing.

I think your affiliate manager would have been better served by telling you what the specific hold-up was rather than that vague and cavalier response.

I think the specific hold up is that they just dont pay.
they said they sent the money, till today didnt get it and they stoped answering. they keep answering every 5 mails i sent them that they will "check"

You received the payment on the 25th, or still have not received payment?

NOthing 3 months pased and no money , they keep treating me like a stupid with stupid answers every 5 days after i send an email until they make me tired and i will stop sending them emails requesting the money lol
