I used to get email notifications when ever someone would reply to a thread I had been participating in … for some reason since the upgrade I am not getting them anymore.
Anyone else notice this or is it just my problem?

Ok I think I may have found problem. Hopefully its “fixed” now. I didnt have you guys set up for auto subscription to threads, I do now. This probably wont work retroactively, but moving forward it should.

Guys go to your user control panel…
Select Edit Options
Scroll down to where it says:
“When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.
Do not subscribe No email notification Instant email notification Daily email notification Weekly email notification Default Thread Subscription Mode: “Select “Instant Notification”
I had checked the other night to verify that and I was on “instant notification” already … today I received an email so I am assuming you corrected something administratively. Thanks!

hey Lou, I too have that option selected but have yet to receive a notification on my posts….
This is odd, because when first the new version went up, I was getting notices about every post I wrote in and it drove me nuts. I had to go turn it off.
Sounds like those who had it turned on before have it turned off now, and vice versa.
This is a real head scratcher. I will have the programmers look at it on Monday as I cant see anything wrong in the control panel and I am receiving notices.

I changed you to “Automatic subscription” to see if that would help. Mine is set to “Instant Notification” and that works for me. This is bizarre. I went ahead and changed everyone else to Automatic Subscription too. Lets see if that does the trick for you guys.
I used to get email notifications of topic replies but I haven’t received any in the last couple of days. It says that I’ve subscribed to the topics but I don’t receive notifications.
Should I change something in the preferences?
