Hi there Bonus-Map,
Would be happy to comment and i am glad you have brought this specific term up and it is one i am reveiwing at the moment. The hold back policy was implemented in the terms and conditions as a safe guard against serial fraud that may occur which is unfortunate in the industry. The Policy does not occur in practice on monthly withdrawals but of course we screen such withdrawals as a double check against fraud. The term is reserved just in case we see anything that is very suspicious and allows us to fully investigate. I will review this term in order to add further clarification and of course inform all of our afffiliates so they are fully aware.
Please let me know if you have any further queries .

Thank you for the clarification,
I beleive this a unique hold back policy in the industry. Hopefully all affiliates would be able to value your great concern of holding their earnings 90 days to prevent potential frauds. This fraudless policy looks very enticing to sign up the programm.
Good luck. - 12-02-2008 11:18 AM #4Moderator - Big Kahuna

This is an antiquated clause.
This fraud was rampant when first casinos had aff programs, but every single aff program you see here today is not carrying such a clause. Chargebacks are just applied as they occur. I would not be happy with having pay withheld.

Hey Nicholas,
I am just reviewing your TC and found a point I don't really understand:
5.1. This Agreement is in effect for a period of one (1) year (the "Term") with additional one (1) year extensions at Affiliate Arena partner's option. If Affiliate Arena partner elects to exercise this option, the option as exercised must be addressed to Affiliate Arena in writing, no later than forty five (45) days prior to the expiration of the Term. The expiration notifications should be sent in writing, at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the term.
What does it exactly mean? If the agreement ends in 1 year, then our players don't belong to us for life?UK & USA Online Bingo Game Sites
