I'm having an issue contacting 'casinoguidestar' to raise this issue. Listed numbers direct straight to a fax machine, and I have not heard anything back from him on e-mail yet.

Please take this up as a business issue with this affiliate and do what you need to do from your side to get this problem solved. I will continue to try from my side as well. It seems you are having an issue with your whole site being copied. Every review I tested today of numerous different operators was copied. See what you can do to get on your other operator account managers to source some info on this guy.
