which countries do you allow!?
Please, I need to know which countries are allowed to play at Virgin Games for Real.
I cant find this in your terms, or maybe i am just blind.
Well support just did let me know, besides Germany they also dont allow Austria. But Swiss should be fine.
I would really need to know exaxt who may play for real cash.
Thanks in advance

Hi Marina,
Better go directly to the affiliate site for this
You will find an up-to-date list of countries we do not take bets from in section 18 of our terms and conditions (split by product).
Check it out here: http://www.virgingames.com/affiliates/Terms.aspx

i'm also puzzled by this long list of countries not accepted to play...it would make sense to make this list more it easily accessible on the homepage, particularly since half of europe is on the list and other countries like australia...

Hi all,
I think the reason behind the fact that these lists aren't on our sites is that, historically, Virgin Games was setup to target and get traffic mainly from the UK.
The product managers and call center probably haven't received many queries on the issue over the years, and it went untouched.
We are now getting more traffic from abroad, which makes the concerns raised by Bonus Paradise, i.e.:

We will be adding this information on our sites later on this year, probably as part of sites redesign. In the meantime, -as an affiliate- feel free to refer to the affiliate terms and conditions for an overview.

1/ our software providers do restrict the countries their operators can take bets from. As an example, while some gaming software providers only reject registrations from the 11 US states where online gaming is explicitly illegal, it's basically up to their operators to decide whether they want to target the rest of the US. On the other hand Wagerworks, our casino software provider, prohibits registration from the whole of the US, Canada, and other countries.
2/ Virgin being a well trusted household brand in many countries, we have a duty to be whiter than white, hence why some legally "grey" countries are also on the list.
We look forward to market liberalization like any other company, but in the meantime we have to play by the rules, even when those rules are outdated or unfair.
