I used to promote Victor Chandler’s boss media casinos: http://www.victorcasino.com and http://www.victorchandlercasino.com. Both casinos are now closed and the domains redirects to http://www.vccasino.com.
Before the casinos closed I had two pending affiliate payments.
£23.05 from victorchandlercasino.com and $1547.75 from victorcasino.com
I never received these checks and the affiliate accounts have been locked. (I have a screenshot of the requested withdrawals)
I have sent more than 20 e-mails to VC Affiliates and I am being IGNORED. I know they have received my e-mails because I have received a “read by recipient” every time. I have also mailed Per Karlsson from Boss Media, but it looks like I’m being ignored by him too.
VC Poker has good positions on my sites and I send them new players every month. Why will a program risk to be removed from my sites for a $1593 payment?
Any chance CAP can help me?
Thanks!

March 21, 2008 at 12:05 pm #763827titusMemberI have mailed these guys a couple of times with different questions but they never ever answer. They have not answered one single mail for the last 3 years. You should try to call them instead.
April 11, 2008 at 10:15 am #765441jobsoldierMemberI try to reach them by mail for some other reason, i am getting ignored too for more than 3 months. I sent more that 5 mails in 3 months period…

April 15, 2008 at 8:53 am #765706DanmanMemberBefore wasting the big man’s powers… try emailing affiliates@vcint.com – you may get a quicker response… failing that, try phoning them on +44 (0)8708 00 64 76. Alternatively, I know they have their own forum at vcaffiliates.com, which they may check more regularly than CAP.
I’ve heard on the grapevine that Carl Bridge is no longer at VC, but you’ll be able to contact either Sabrina (Sportsbook), Marie (Casino & Games) or Kelly (Poker) with your queries. They’re all friendly girls and I’m sure will help you out asap.
April 15, 2008 at 8:55 am #765707DanmanMemberAlso, on the earnings from Victorcasino.com, I’m aware that this actually closed down some time ago and I believe that the onus is on Bossmedia to pay out affiliates rather than Victor Chandler. This was always the case when I was there, so you’d be better off taking your case to Boss rather than VC.

I know, but I had an affiliate agreement with Victor Casino not Boss Media? I believe it should be Victor Casinos’ responsibility to pay their affiliates…
I have done everything I could. I have talked to Boss media and VC Affiliates MANY times.
Today I finally received a wire transfer from Web Dollar AB. Amazing…
Case closed….
