Yes - I've received the November reporing summary - if thats what you are referring to?
But it's affiliates that have to send out the invoice back to the company.Cheers,

hi all,
we have had issues with the email this month and have sorted out an online invoice generator. If you have reached the minimum payment amount then you will receive the link to the form.
You may want to save this for future months? All you need to do is complete the form and hit submit. This generates you an invoice for your records and also sends one to us direct.
