My account has been compromised
Hi James,
I'm sure my account has been compromised with Pantasia. I sent email to this affect 9 hours ago. I've finally received a response from support saying they can't find my account by the name I gave them. Go figure.. my account is hacked and the account name changes... sigh.
It seems no one will call me and every email I sent is getting kicked back. The only way I have to get message through is through the web form. I've done this at least 4 times and am getting no where.
I had problems with 2 other accounts that were compromised and they helped me secure my accounts immediately. Unfortunately this is not the case here.
I've asked someone to phone me. No call.
My emails are bouncing back.
Apparently the security of my account isn't as important to Pantasia as it is to me.
I've also sent a private message here to you, no reply yet.~Daera

Remove the banners and tell them you put their program offline for this sometimes this is the only way to get attention. BTW if your account has been hacked you probably will not get paid anyway. I have not had problems with my accounts. Why is this not the only time you experience this ?
Maybe you should pay more attention to save your passwords in a safe place. Security is very important. I hope this matter will be solved soon for you. It is not a nice thing that somebody else knows your password and private things !
Best of luck!
Regards

I did just receive a telephone call from James and he has sorted my situation out. I don't know why I'm having trouble emailing them today, normally it isn't a problem. James has always helped me in the past, quickly and efficiently, as he did just now also.
I'm just a little edgy at the moment because someone has accessed a few accounts of mine. Thanks to James my Pantasia account is secure.
Thanks James!!~Daera

James, my emails to you bounce for some reason. Pantasia can write to me no problem, but I can't answer. When I get back from Barcelona, we need to talk.
Thanksdominique

If someone has accessed a few accounts of yours, you may have some sort of trojan or keylogger that is grabbing usernames/passwords when you log in to your accounts.
You should do some spyware and malware scans...I recommend a minimum of 3 or 4 using different scanners.

Hi Dominique,
Can you try sending to support@pantasia.com instead. That may get through.
Or you can try using the website contact submission form at http://affiliate.pantasia.com/contact. That has seemed to help others in the past.
The other thing you can do is use live chat. Just let them know its regarding an affiliate question and the CSR will take all the info and pass it on to me.
Hope that helps.
James
