I am not sure why I cant get 9-10 K for a site that makes over 2k per month, but since I NEED TO SELL NOW, I have reduced the price and will stipulate the following conditions…

NEW Price: 8.5K FIRM
Details: I will pay ALL Escrow.com fees. I will also give buyer a written guarantee stating that they will earn back their entire purchase price in GROSS commissions within 12 months (more like 4 months) otherwise I will REFUND them the difference in what they paid me: 8.5K versus what they prove they’ve earned in gross commissions after 12 months from the time they have updated all aff. links. For example, buyer ONLY makes 6k after 12 months, I will refund 2.5k (8.5k-6k=2.5k) etc.
I will keep all existing players.
