    All you can do is email the thief and ask him to take off the content. If no luck, then wont the Search Engine look negatively upon him since your site was the first to have such content?

    Search engines don’t want duplicated content, so I can see there will be more negative weighting for content thieves in coming years.

    You plug in your site URL and it shows you if anyone has replicated it.
