In mid December we got an email asking us to change our Club Dice and Carnival links (We confirmed that the email was genuine).
Now that CPays has been sold it has been said that these brands have left CPays.
(The affiliate link on Club Dice still leads to CPays)
My questions are:
1. Where do we view stats for Club Dice and Carnival now that these have left CPays?
2. Who exactly is the affiliate program who is representing Club Dice and Carnival?
3. Are Club Dice and Carnival players going to be paid out under the same conditions and rates as they were on CPays?
January 20, 2007 at 6:18 pm #723623AnonymousInactiveAs far as I know:
Cpays is not sold. Partygaming purchased EOL and made a deal with playtech so Cpays had to let go of these brands.
January 21, 2007 at 8:11 am #723752AnonymousInactiveHi all,
I would like to clarify a few issues:
1. CPays was not sold. Empire Online decided to sell their brands, and so due to reasons beyond our control we had to stop working with these brands affected immediately.
2. Regarding the future of these brands, it is all up to the buyer’s decision.
3. Affiliates who were affected by this situation can contact their account manager or contact our support, in order to rectify the situation as best as he/she can. Although this unfortunate situation is a direct result of the sale of the brands, we are committed to our affiliates and will do our best to resolve any issue between our affiliates and these brands.
If you have any further questions feel free to post them here or contact me directly (or of course contact your account manager),
All the best,
Eilon

thanks

January 23, 2007 at 2:07 pm #724032SaraMemberGreek is that meant to be a sarcastic comment?
So affiliates collect and collect players and from one day to the other they lose them all and lose all rev share for the future?

January 23, 2007 at 3:11 pm #724040AnonymousInactiveNo, I am not being sarcastic. Believe me I don’t think anyone on this forum or others have disliked Cpays more than I. The only supported them for two months that was it. Every opportunity I had I posted something negative about Cpays. My interests were never self-centred but rather about other webmasters.
I have watched Cpays for about two years now. I have seen the spam, BH Seo stuff, bribes, blackmail, non-payment issues, etc… But Cpays is slowly moving into a more ethical position. I know this because I watch what they are doing beyond what is posted on CAP.
I am still a little sceptical but I hope Cpays does not cast doubt on what I just posted. So I ask Eilon can you respond to some of the accusations some webmasters hold against you?

January 23, 2007 at 3:24 pm #724045SaraMemberHi there,
thanks for the reply greek, I am not sure about Cpays however what are your thoughts on Casino Partners? I have seen a lot of negative feedback on Cpays on here so it would be nice to hear their side of the story too.Tman

January 23, 2007 at 3:34 pm #724051AnonymousInactiveI would say the dynamics between Cpays and CP are going in opposite directions. CP is slowly becoming untrustworthy, a bit to early to say. But from what I see it appears to be so.

please, can anyone give an answer for this question?
Can anyone say to me, yes, all players of club dice and carnival casino will be my player for lifetime?
Not words like: “The discontinuance from those brands is always for the good of our affiliates.” which I’ve got in a mail as I asked nearly the same question like trafficman.
