    Check your private messages please.

We were able to help resolve an issue back in February, please PM me your email address and I’ll make an introduction for you.

    Many Thanks,

I’ve actually had the same problems. They only emailed me after I posted here back in February 2011. Then they (Carmen) stopped responding, I haven’t received a response in the last 2 months. I don’t think we’ve had our commissions paid out in over 6 months.

There is another thread running on the same topic which you can find here:

Yeah, I started that thread, it’s not RESOLVED btw.

Sorry about that I was under the impression it was. Please PM me your email address so we can sort.

Hey Brooke – sent u my email address, we still haven’t heard anything from WagerProfits but if you hear anything, please let us know, thanks!

I’ve been contacting them regularly, however have not received any replies lately. I’m going to keep trying and will 100% keep you posted.

We received this e-mail below today. Any toughts on what to do now?
    Dear XXX,

ECOM Enterprise NV sold the ActionPoker Network (APN) to Julian International Holdings Ltd. in December 2011.
The Wager Profits affiliate program was part of the sale of brands to the new owners, and the new network will shortly become The ChicoPoker Network.
Ecom Enterprise NV, the former owners of APN, has terminated its presence in the online gaming environment. They would, however, offer to settle your outstanding historic affiliate commission and are hereby making an offer to pay you a full and final settlement to the amount of 60% to the $, of all your outstanding payments for 2011.
Please find attached the reconciliation for your affiliate account for 2011.

Due to an incomplete integration with Income Access, manual bonuses, tournament rake and chargeback’s are not automatically adjusted from your affiliate earnings and this has, as you can see in the attachment, been deducted manually.

    Settlement payment 2011: $XXXX,XX

The ChicoPoker Network will continue and improve the affiliate program under a new banner going forward, and they will contact you shortly with regards to your 2012 commission.

If you have any queries, please contact

    Best regards
    John Lundberg
    Ecom Enterprise NV
