Dear Partners & Fellow Cap Members
I do apologise if you have felt our recent newsletter update was abrupt – it was not intended to be that way at all.
It was merely pointing out the change in corporate stance and the facts that we have to work with moving forward. Had this been my personal decision – I would have insisted that the company continue allowing US betting, until further notice – as we (skill games) certainly are a “grey” area at this point with regards to the US legislative situation.
However – this is the decision has been made by my board and it is one that I have to enforce accross the entire program. Rest assured if any US affiliates would like to continue to work with us but targeting a different geographic of clientelle we will be more than happy to continue our relationships with them, my comittment to affiliate support is always – and will not change – my first priority.
