    To me this would be like someone suing ABC for getting salmonella at Kentucky fried chicken because they saw a TV commercial. (But this is in California) My apologies if you live there
    As far as the geo targeting goes I agree with Spear not in use yet.

    The Gambling industry needs to step up to the plate on this one if Porn advertising can be protected by freedom of speech Gambling should be a shoe in.
    I commend Casino City for stepping up to the plate on this they are filing more paper in court on this tomorrow so we should be hearing more on their battle soon.

    This is a bit like suing McDonalds because you are obease. Or rather suing NBC because they carry a McDonald’s commercial which lead you to eat too many Big Macs, making you obease. It’s an extremely hard case to prove. Plus you have to start with proving that online gambling is illegal in the first place. As far as I am aware, there are no online casinos headquartered in California, they are all offshore, where it is perfectly legal. Sounds like they will be going down a path of trying to prove who has juristiction over the internet, which is next to impossible to decide.
