We’ve been contacted recently by many affiliates asking when they can expect to be paid by Chipleader/AP/UB.
In an attempt to get an answer, I reached out to their CMO today and here is what we learned:
- Payments are on hold until the situation is defined with the DOJ. They are working on this daily but no deal has been finalized yet.
- No guarantee that affiliates WILL get paid, it will depend on what the fines are, and more importantly, what the processors do as they have the majority of Chipleader’s funds
I wish the news was better, but this is there things stand. It might take a few months (or longer) for this to be finalized with the DOJ.
