    Hey all, I just wanted to let you know that I had been going through the same sort of problems with non response to my queries and I could not even access the payment interface even though I had been sending customers for months. That seems to be ending now,however as I have been getting prompt and specific responses and even offers to phone me if it were more convenient.

    I say don’t give up on this program.
    At the CAC I had a lengthy discussion with them about my problems and they established that there was a “mess” to clean up, but that they were serious about doing so. Today reaffirmed that for me as all of my queries were answered and I actually cashed out. Now I am waiting on payment and all looks bright and sunny.
