I had this winner that has been bothering me for a while. He started winning this month from previous deposits and was up $1500 then he went down to ~1400 and deposited $800. Since a week or so he seems to have completely stopped playing. This seems very strange considering that he has a high balance to play down plus indicated his willingness to play more by making a quite substantial deposit. Can somebody have a look at that please? I sent Liyu an email today as well.
