Rialto Affiliates are changing their affiliate payment processing deadlines.
Previously we were shooting for the 15th for the payments for the most part we achieved this barring any problems with processing or errors with incorrect affiliate information (the “sh*t happens” factor).
I made it a personal goal to remove the annoyance of waiting for payments, currently we have three outstanding affiliate payments in our entire system, totally less that $100.
Moving forward, as a resolution of change for the program, we’re going to verify and process payments on the 2nd day of the month. If the 2nd day is a Saturday or Sunday, we’ll be processing on Monday.

Apologies for the delays in April, July and October. We have affiliate support available but accounting staff are not available at the weekend.
