I just wanted to let you know about a fantastic promotion now running at PokerStars.
PokerStars has teamed up with the cast and producer of this summer’s Hollywood blockbuster “Ocean’s Thirteen” to help stop the suffering in the war-torn region of Darfur.
The stars of “Ocean’s Thirteen”, including George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Matt Damon have launched the charity Not On Our Watch to focus international attention on the suffering in Darfur.
PokerStars is donating $1 MILLION to the charity as part of our continuing work toward social responsibility and giving back to the community.
I would love if our affiliates could post on your site news about our “Ocean’s Thirteen Darfur Charity Tournaments.” This is a great incentive for players to join up at PokerStars.
PokerStars is offering as prizes pairs of tickets to see the film premiere in Cannes and Los Angeles as well as accommodation and $2000 for travel expenses.
The total prize pool from each tournament will go to the charity. PokerStars will match those donations, in addition to the $1 million we’re already giving to NOOW.
We hope you will help PokerStars and the cast and producer of Ocean’s Thirteen in helping such a worthwhile cause.
