PROMOTION PERIOD
Promotion begins 12 April 2010 at 00:00 GMT and ends on 19 November 2010 at 23:59 GMT

ELIGIBILITY
Casino St. Moritz Prize Package Promotion is open to Real Money Players who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER
For EVERY £100 Real Money deposits wagered on ALL Table and Card Games on CAIGAMES.COM, each player will receive one (1) entry in the final draw. There is no limit to the number of entries that a player can earn. (For example, if Player A wagers £5000 over the Promotion period, they will have 50 entries in the final draw). Additional entries will not be awarded for sums that equal less than £100.

WINNER SELECTION
The odds of winning are dependent on the total number of entrants and the total number of wagers made. A random draw will be held on Monday 22 November 2010 to choose the Grand Prize Winner. Only one (1) Winner will be selected from the total of all entries.

PLEASE NOTE:
This Grand Prize is for the dates of 2-5 December 2010. There will be NO other substitution of dates for this prize.

The winner (and their guest) of this Prize Package will be responsible for their personal travel to and from London Heathrow Airport, Lunches while on daily Adventure packages, personal travel insurance, gambling and alcoholic beverages.

Airline and train tickets are non-refundable in cash, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Individuals will be responsible for excess baggage charges or any other charges incurred after the issuance of tickets.

RESTRICTIONS
No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of the Grand Prize will be permitted except at the sole discretion of the CAIGAMES.COM Promotions Manager.

The winning player and their guest must be 18 years or older on or before the 12 April 2010.

NOTIFICATION
The St. Moritz Promotion winner will be notified (“Notification”) via e-mail and telephone within 3 days of the draw. Failure to acknowledge receipt of Notification of the prize within seven (7) days will cause the prize to be forfeited and an Alternate winner will be selected. The Promotions Manager is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner about the prize. The Promotions Manager is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for the winner’s late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to claim the Grand Prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES – ENTRANTS
By participating in the St. Moritz Promotion, entrants agree:

(a) to these Official Rules, Terms and Conditions and of the decisions of the Promotions Manager in all matters pertaining to this promotion,

(b) to release the Promotions Manager and CAIGAMES.COM (and its Affiliates) from all liability for any software program, internet connection or personal computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties at any time while participating in this Promotion,

(c) to release and hold harmless the Promotions Manager, CAIGAMES.COM, Affiliates, Parent Companies and their respective employees from any liability for any and all losses, damages, rights or claims in connection with the St. Moritz Promotion resulting from the acceptance or this Prize.

By entering the St. Moritz Promotion, all entrants consent to use their name, photograph(s), likeness and/or video for Advertising and Promotional purposes. This will include online announcements, worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where expressly prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES – CAIGAMES.COM
The Promotions Manager reserves the right, at their sole discretion to terminate this promotion due to technical difficulties or other causes. In the event of a Termination, notification will be posted at CAIGAMES.COM and all eligible entries at the time of Termination will be entered into the Final Random Draw.

In the event of any abuse being identified by CAIGAMES.COM, the Management reserves the right to prohibit or exclude those players from being included in the Grand Prize Random draw.
