    Just some feedback at CasinoMeister from some players:

    Well, I bit the bullet and downloaded, installed, signed up, and deposited. Over an hour later and only about half the games had installed — and I’m on DSL. (Not unusual for an MG that has the full roster of games.) I was delighted to find nickel and dime VP on 4 play and single play games!! (I’ve died and gone to heaven!) Also happy to find 5 Reel Drive and Truck Stop at lower than norm denominations (nickels and dimes). I lost the deposit quickly hitting absolutely nothing on VP and nothing much better on slots. Have not yet received the sign up bonus.

    If I ever win here, and if they offer loyal players decent incentives, and their CS is decent, I may have found a new MG home.

    I spoke with the Marelise the VIP manager on Friday and also received a follow up call from the casino manager (I was out) so missed the call.

    These guys have only been open less than a month & they have some pretty impressive credentials. I’ve spoken with support once, though to be honest I wasn’t that impressed. No normal “hello to Casino X” or anything.

    Reminded me of the old days when you’d ring support and they go “hello”, almost as if to suss out who is on the other end

    I’m sure though, like most MG that start up, they (Grand Monaco) will experience teething issues too.
