Just to update, we did get “somewhat” of a compensation for this.
December 21, 2005 at 1:21 am #678987AnonymousInactiveI would quess EllenIng you were somewhat compensated for this. I makes me wonder what went wrong? If it were me I wouldn’t settled for anything except the full amount.

Under normal circumstances, we would not of settled for a dime under double what they offered, but after several conversations with Eilon, and one with another Casino Pays employee, I realized they weren’t negotiating, they offered an amount and that was final, so I took it, all or nothing.
This cpays outfit seems a bit strange. My stats are way of the mark, I am wondering if they crediting me properly. If this could happen to you I quess it could happen to anyone. I think I will take a closer look into cpays. greek39
You would need to ask Eilon if the tracking issues are sorted out, from what I understand, they can’t be.
December 21, 2005 at 2:06 am #678990AnonymousInactiveIs it possible my stats could be off? I just checked, they seem to be a bit strange 400 clicks 6 downloads 1 newplayer. Bear in mind though My site was underdevelopment and still is. The banners I have on my front page two are cpays and the others are the competition. The competition is doing great and i am making something from every affiliate on my front page except cpays. Well I stand corrected I made $17.00 thus far since around June. Maybe its something really investigating? greek39

I think this stinks.

After Casinopays.com migrated the affiliate accounts to their site I have not been able to login. They say that my affiliate accounts were “destroyed” under the migration, and there is nothing they can do. They have just asked me to open new accounts and promote their brands..
BUT WHAT ABOUT ALL THE PLAYERS I HAVE SENT TO PRESTIGE/DIAMOND/PLAYGATE ?!
Casinopays.com can’t/won’t help and have not offered any kind of compensation.
This is ridiculous
Casinopays has mailed me and offered me $xxxx. I don’t think it’s a fair deal, because I belive I have sent xxx real money players to the 3 casinos from PrestigeGaming and when I signed up as an affiliate, I was promoised lifetime revenue share….So I asked for more.
Then I recieved this mail:
“Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I have taken a look at your accounts that you had and in combination of those accounts you brought approximately XX players, which makes your min. XXX seem somewhat unrealistic. We therefore feel that the $xxxx is more than enough to compensate and for us to move forward”
How can Casinopays look at my accounts/data when thay say the accounts was Lost/destroyed under the Migration from thepartnerpage.com to Casinopays.com ?
January 16, 2006 at 11:08 pm #681001AnonymousInactiveDear Casinolisten,
I would like to take this opportunity and appologize for the terrible misjustice that was caused to you during the migration of accounts from the partner page to Casino Pays (CPays).
As you probably know CPays is constantly improving itself aiming for perfection and you can rest assure that this kind of glitches will not happen in the future.
CPays is one of the biggest and most respected affiliate programs in the world nowdays and growing constantly.
I will refer to your negotiation saying that this is not the way to get your way. A main rule in negotiation is keeping it stricly confidential, which you obviously chose to break.
I would like to suggest for you to keep negotiating with us in a respectful way untill we can reach an agreement.
In anyway feel free to private message me or E-mail me at anytime.
Best Regards,

You are not wrong Eilon – negotiations should be done in private.
However – the snippet of information provided here is very revealing about the accuracy of information initially provided about destroyed records and a wiping of lifestime share.
During negotiations you should bear in mind that CasinoListen IS perfectly within his rights to share publicly IF HE/SHE IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE OFFER.
It is generally true that those that seek confidentiality have something to hide. So treat this CAP member well – WE will be watching for a postive outcome …
:lookarounGood luck guys – I hope that you can come to an agreement.
:bigsmile:January 16, 2006 at 11:49 pm #681005AnonymousInactiveHello Elion,
I have been in contact with different people from casinopays.com since September, and NOTHING happens. Casinopays.com has just asked me to forget my old accounts and open a new one so we can “make some $$$“.
I have not recieved any offers from you, before I posted is this thread (and on casinomeister).
Quote:I will refer to your negotiation saying that this is not the way to get your way. CPays has just asked me to forget about it, and asked me to move on? It feels like Cpays are hiding something. I have been told that my accounts has been deleted. They are not in the system anymore. But in the last mail CasinoPays wrote this:
Quote:I have taken a look at your accounts that you had and in combination of those accounts you brought approximately XX players, which makes your min. XXX seem somewhat unrealisticI really dont understand this ? how can you take a look at my accounts if they are deleted ?
Another thing I can’t understand is this message I recieved on my yahoo.com mail in June. I mailed a reply, but I can’t remember what is was.
Quote:Hi Benjamin,My name is XXXXX and I am your new account manager for http://www.casinopays.com
I have noticed a decrease in players coming from your sites in the past few months.
Are you still involved in the industry ? If not, please inform me otherwise we will close your account with CasinoPays.
However, if you are still involved let’s work together as I am sure we can make some good $$$!
Contact me ASAP.
How is this possible ? If I signed up for lifetime revenue share how can you close my accounts. And is this what really happened ? Did Cpays.com delete/close my accounts?
I am VERY VERY happy that CPays isn’t my main source of income, because then I would be broke!

Wow, that really is outrageous. Lifetime means lifetime. Period.
January 17, 2006 at 12:48 am #681012AnonymousInactiveI may be digging my grave hear, but really I don’t give a shit anymore. Cpays sucks nothing but of bandits stealing from people. Eilon are you up for a challenge, your banners are coming off my site.
In fact I am going to get hold someone higher up. You seem to be the problem. Smacking us webmasters in the face expect a slap back. I settled one isssue today you are the next rats get treated better than this. greek39
I take back anything good I had to say about cpays. Pack it in Eilon and go work for 888.com it would suite you better. greek39
