Ongame released an update today which aims to address the problem of high memory usage and slow poker clients.

This problem has been affecting players that play on multiple tables since the 16th December – and is due to the way the client works alongside third party tracking software such as Hold’em Manager.

Players that are using third party tracking software such as Hold’em Manager should disable/ untick “Pop table on action” in the setting panel of the download poker client, to reduce resource consuming actions and improve performance. Please be assured that we are working with Ongame Network to look into the long term solution with the third party programs causing performance problems when pop table on action is enabled. We hope to have a permanent solution for this during January.
