Our alerts system has notified us of a new change in terms at Horse Profits Affiliate Program:
OLD Terms wrote:You shall incorporate and prominently and continually display the most up to date links provided by us on all pages of your website in a manner and location agreed by us and you shall not alter the form, location or operation of the links without our prior written consent. You are eligible for Referral Commissions based upon your continued promotion of our site(s). We reserve the right to reduce Referral Commission percentages if you reduce your efforts to recruit new Customers. Your reduced or suspended promotion of our sites will be deemed to represent your termination of this Agreement.OLD Terms wrote:You shall use your best efforts to incorporate and display the correct and most up-to-date links provided by us on your website, newsletter, or any method of marketing, in a manner and location agreed by us. You shall not alter the form or operation of the links without our prior written consent.This term is more concisely written and removes the possible predatory terms about reducing commission percentages. We find this term to be more affiliate friendly than the first iteration.
