In a recent interview, COO of Global Poker, Jonas Odman stated that the company was interested in exploring crypto currency for deposits and withdrawals. They specifically mentioned Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin in this conversation:
STEPHANIE: Are you in the process of integrating this [Bitcoin Cash] into your business now?
JONAS: Yes, we are. We’re integrating it through BitPay.It is worth noting that Jonas Odman is a former employee at Bodog. He was a top level executive and according to CalvinAyre.com, is the man responsible for vaulting Bodog’s poker brand into the top 10 in the world for player liquidity.
Speaking of Calvin Ayre, the owner (former) of Bodog, is very much into Bitcoin Cash. Is it a coincidence that he and Jonas Odman worked together and now JO is about to unleash BCH onto his up and coming poker website Global Poker? (probably not!)
