Due to necessary infrastructure upgrades mandated by the Ongame hardware supplier, there will be scheduled downtime impacting the player environment on Wednesday 28 October 2009.
The outage will begin at approximately 3:00am CET (2:00 am GMT) and last for eight hours and 30 minutes. Please note that this downtime has been scheduled to occur after the SNG Decathlon promotion is complete. No cash games will run during the downtime.
Scheduled tournaments will be impacted at the following times:
• 17:00 CET 27 October 2009 to 13:00 CET 28 October 2009: All scheduled network play money tournaments will be down.
• 19:30 CET 27 October 2009: Start phasing out scheduled tournaments.
• 23:00 CET 27 October 2009: No new tournaments start.
• 01:30-11:30 CET 28 October 2009: No Sit & Gos start.Please note, if the maintenance is completed faster than expected, the Sit & Gos will be switched on immediately.
• 02.30 CET 28 October 2009: Login not possible.
• 11:35 CET 28 October 2009: Normal tournament schedule reinstated.
• A list of all cancelled tournaments is available upon request from your Ac.Players will be informed about this downtime in the following ways:
• The client will display automatic messages to logged-in players from 02:00 CET informing them about the maintenance downtime.
• Players attempting to login to the Downloadable Poker Client (DPC) during the downtime will be directed to a maintenance page.
• We strongly recommend that you inform your players ahead of time and prepare your own maintenance page to display on your website.If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us by writing to partnerships@eurobet.com
