I’ve just started a link exchange site at http://www.sharkopolis.net
I run a similar site in a different topic (non-gambling) and have noticed that the search engines view these directory pages as both links AND as dynamic content because the pages change with each visit.
The site is currently PR3, but if it is like the other site will increase in PR soon.

So if you are interested in participating you can get the benefit of an ever increasing number of return links to your page … AND have the search engines see your link directory as dynaminc gambling related content pages.
