Btw I don’t want to derail but did they add a deposit column this month? Up until December you had to reverse engineer it from the casino net revenue figure assuming that this would show 100% of the lost deposit in a given month. But this month I see a deposit column.
I meant that I was sure I would get my december earnings paid out any day, even if it was a few days past the deadline… I’ve never had any problems with Roxy. And today they paid via Neteller.
It’s not that I don’t understand your problem, but it seems like Roxy is able and willing to make payments. Otherwise more people should have a problem. I think there is a clear explaination for the delay you guys have… But it would be nice if Nicole came to let you know..

I guess the snail mail to the US is taking ages. It sometimes takes up to 3 months for mail from the US to reach me in Europe.

Not sure Conrad knows this forum needs monitoring but I’m seeing him next week so I’ll slap him around a bit. Nic’s moved on to Club Med, so probably best to avoid booking holidays for a bit
