We have noticed that Casino Pays has changed their Terms and Conditions a bit. Here are the changes made on February 1st.
In the event that CPays deems that a possible fraudulent transaction and/or Fraud Traffic have been executed by yourself or a Real Player, we reserve the right to withhold any commissions due at such time. If such an occurrence takes place, CPays has full authority to extinguish this Agreement in its entirety.
1.14 “Restricted Jurisdictions” presently the territories of Israel, Estonia, USA and Hong-Kong, as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.
3.7 You shall not yourself, nor shall you authorize, assist or encourage any third party to attempt advertising, promoting or marketing CPays Banners and Text Links within Restricted Jurisdictions.
