Hello All,
Casino Pays has been a horrible performer for me, lots of deposits, $73,835.65 since January 1st 2006 to be exact.. and how much have I earned? $2,612.23 !
I thought this month was going to be different, I had $6,011.04 in earnings.. was waiting for that to show up in my Neteller, what did they send? $867.79 !
Here’s why:
Balance brought forward $ -5,143.25
Balance $ 6,011.04
Payment ( NETeller ) (-$ 867.79 )I don’t usually whine about bad programs, but I haven’t seen anything on them here that would suggest they are shady, you have been warned.
May 2, 2006 at 3:33 pm #690737AnonymousInactiveWell, I don’t know about shady, but surely I make no money there either.
Between carrying over negatives and bundling, their presence on my site doesn’t even begin to touch the value of the spots they have.
I have tried to fix this but alas, this month’s income is again well below par because of a negative carry over.
Add in that there are in excess of 20,000 scraper sites of theirs stealing my content, I am a very unhappy camper. Very, very unhappy.
I am moving this to the Casino Pays forum.
By the way, welcome back fortyoz. I am glad things are working well again for you.
May 2, 2006 at 5:55 pm #690750AnonymousInactivePrograms perform differently on different sites, also quality of traffic a site receives can make a huge difference. For me CPays are a good performer bringing in a solid revenue each and every month.
May 2, 2006 at 6:18 pm #690754AnonymousInactiveWell I’ll eat my words if they start making me some decent money, but i’m not sending more traffic there. I work with a lot of programs and CPays just doesn’t fit the pattern I see at the rest of them. Weird withdrawal amounts, players not playing back winnings, chargebacks i haven’t seen anywhere else. Plus the simple fact I aint making any cash there, with $73k in deposits since January I should have pocketed a large amount from them.
May 2, 2006 at 10:00 pm #690783AnonymousInactivefortyoz wrote:with $73k in deposits since January I should have pocketed a large amount from them.Does the stats page show withdrawals as well?
I’ve got both stats in my BETFRED affiliate program – and I’ve been amazed at how many people deposit big (to max the bonus) play a lot and then withdraw.
Additionally in my BET365 account I see very big deposits each month (no withdrawl figures there) – but wins/losses are never more than about 5%-10% of total deposits. Suggesting regular withdrawls and re-deposits.
(initially in the begging win/losses were at 20% but with so many players now the figure has diminished)
These programs are both totally trustworthy – so I have no issue with those stats. So just because $73K is deposited it does not mean that $73K is lost.
Just an option to think about.
:blush:May 2, 2006 at 10:24 pm #690789AnonymousInactiveI see mostly players not playing back winnings, and the bundling and negative carry overs hurt like hell when that is the case.
I am really disappointed.
I also hate being stolen from – Cpays is paying rogue affiliates to profit from my work. That makes me real mad too.
Cpays – please conduct some research into this and stop paying scrapers. There are so many sites out there, getting one site taken down is a joke anymore.
May 3, 2006 at 1:34 am #690807AnonymousInactiveHa! I just came to this forum to start a thread about how I feel I’m being ripped off by Casino Pays… And saw this one!
Casino Pays is a RIP OFF!!!
I’ve been sending tons of traffic to them and just wind up with negative balances. People are depositing a lot of money there.
I’m making a bundle on other casinos by only directing a fraction of the traffic I’ve been sending to Casino Pays sites.
I’m going to stop promoting their sites. What a freaking racket they are. I’ve been sending people to them for weeks and weeks – and made nothing.
I just started promoting a new casino today. Sent out one email. I’ve already made significant dollars in one day.
Cpays is a racket. Stay away from them.
May 3, 2006 at 3:44 pm #690920AnonymousInactiveAre you guys going to respond to the scraper site situaton?
Please take this very seriously, affiliates are.
It looks like 888 is cleaning house and your scraper sites are sticking out like a sore thumb now.
Please do deal with this.
We affiliates are sick and tired of being stolen from, we work hard to build quality sites.
If you support this theft by paying for it, you will not be earning any kudos here.
Perhaps you want to stop by the 888 forum and read the last scraper thread there.
May 3, 2006 at 3:56 pm #690925AnonymousInactiveI am sick to my back teeth of Tradal/Empire Online ( assaf@ep.com ) pestering me to promote Casino Pays Casinos. It is never going to happen, so give up!
Even more so, I am annoyed at the number of rogue casino pays affiliates spamming my forum for the casinos in the casino pays group.
Isn’t it a coincidence that many of the rogue affiliates that scrape and steal content who promote 888 also promote casinos from the Casino Pays Group.
Casino Pays if they value their honest hard working affiliates better take heed as to the action we as a community are taking against scrapers.
May 3, 2006 at 5:31 pm #690947AnonymousInactiveThis be my only input on this thread. Cpays clean up the mess please, I leave it up to you to conduct business in a ethical manner. greek39

http://houseogroove.com/cuppa/BlogDetail.php?pg=8&mat=dfltMay 4, 2006 at 4:13 pm #691111AnonymousInactiveWow, pretty impressive – thanks for the links
I own these domains and if you show me from which website of yours I have copied the content – I would be glad to remove it. I dont think is scraping, it’s just content optimization, but I am sure our opinions would differ…
I would call scraping something like this:
xhttp://www.txhcsm.com vs. xhttp://kadera.bravehost.com/kadera/
Just because I have 100 domains with jibrish which rank pretty well – it doesnt mean they are scraper sites. As a matter of fact from the above reference it is obious that I have been scraped, not the other way around…but what do you do…I dont complain about it much, because it’s a do eat dog world, and obviously that’s how it works.
I dont think it’s my, or cpays, fault that you do not seem to get enough traffic, or rank well, or something…It’s my fault however that my domains rank good, and I will take the blam for it.
Again, good job on gathering this impressive list of domain names.
May 4, 2006 at 4:50 pm #691116AnonymousInactiveWow stupid,
These were pulled for blog spamming, not scraping….
You’ve been busy!
This has nothing to do with my traffic, my traffic rocks.
This has to do with not just being an annoyance to blog owners everywhere, but giving the industry a bad name. This sort of thing is all we need the US government to take note of, and we are all cooked.
Try not to spam.
May 4, 2006 at 5:13 pm #691126AnonymousInactiveHello all,
First of all I would like to apologize for my delayed reply, It was a holiday here and I was unable to get back to you all.
Regarding the issues posted:
1. I’m waiting for fortyoz to contact me with his user name so I can look into his situation,
2. As you can see we have contacted the affiliate who was accused of scraping and you can see his post on this thread ( Stupid), However, after contacting him, we are now told that he is not accused of scraping…
Regarding the Scraping issue: As I’ve posted before – We at CPays are against scraping and content theft, We do NOT support it and we are doing our best to stop this plague, but as you can understand, it’s not an easy war to fight.
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you all that we are aware that a lot of affiliates are reading this post (also the ones that do not post) and we would like you all to know that if any one of you needs content, Please ask us and do NOT take (steal) it from other sites- they are all hard working webmaster who invested a lot of time and effort in building their sites.
We have a great creative and content writers team that will be happy to help you all !!!If you have any problems or requests, Please, Don’t hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
May 4, 2006 at 5:32 pm #691131AnonymousInactiveThis is good news, Ori.
Will you put this in your T&Cs?
How about email spamming, search engine spamming and blogspamming?
These things are what annoys the casual internet surfer, and it is what eventally will make this industry illegal.
Is it really worth such a risk, apart from being unethical?
