    Hi all,

Just so you have it, this is the Press Release that went out yesterday afternoon regarding the move of our poker brand, Carlos Poker, from the iPoker Network over to Microgaming. If you have any questions, concerns or and feedback about this, please feel free to contact me at mike@kharmapartners.com.

Unibet’s fast growing Carlos Poker joins forces with Microgaming
London, UK, January 7, 2009. Unibet’s Poker room Carlos Poker will join forces with one of the most successful poker networks on the market, Microgaming. The move from iPoker (operated by Playtech) to Microgaming will be completed by the end of January 2009.

Carlos Poker has from the start been a fast growing Poker room, well established on the iPoker network. Through its close cooperation with customers, attractive offerings and edgy profile, Carlos Poker has managed to create a big name in the Poker community. In order to take the development of Carlos Poker to the next level, an agreement has now been reached with Microgaming as the home for Carlos Poker.

“We felt that the Carlos Poker players wanted a new challenge in terms of Player experience. Since most of our players already have had great experiences with Microgaming we expect the transition to be smooth. As a company we also have great respect for Microgaming and we admire their innovation, professionalism and forward thinking. We are confident that our players will greatly enjoy the fast-paced game play, great tournament offering and exciting developments of the network during 2009.” says Nils Andén, Head of Poker for Unibet and Carlos Poker.

“We are confident that Carlos Poker will continue to be a vital brand in the Poker community offering that little bit of extra service to the players, always going that extra mile in offering the ultimate player experience.” says Petter Nylander, CEO of Unibet.
