There are a cycle of e-mails for all brands that are sent to all sign ups. We work with Communicatorcorp and they send out all our e-mails.
Perhaps yours went to spam
As far as retention as a whole is concerned, we have a new retention director who joined us yesterday.
Retention will become very proactive for C-planet over the next few months.
