Account Closure Situation, Email Problem

    I was previously communicating with Daniel Arroyave at Bwin, who assured me that my account would not be closed due to inactivity, and that the inactivity rule does not apply to my account any more. That was last month, now this month I’m receiving the account closure email again. So I wrote to Daniel Arroyave again, but the email isn’t getting through – I’m not getting an error, it just seems that bwin’s email server isn’t responding at all…

    I know other people have the inactivity rule removed from their account, are you still getting account closure emails? And are other people having success sending emails to Bwin?
