    I am a webmaster, I promote the 32vegas casino before. There are at least 25 players reflecting to me that 32vegas casino do not pay their player. I will keep recording one persons account, and show to all the people how 32vegas not paying and lying to their customers. I will keep updating all the infomation until this casino get banned.

    I didn’t record the 1st conversation. I didnt realize it, the lady said on the phone, because the wagering requirements has been reached. The player will definitely receive the money, but in the second call, they denied it in the conversation claiming they are investigation. A player reached the wagering requirements and made a withdraw. It appears in this conversation. They gives a reply not clearly and why this happen? They just said “Management’s decision”. Does they really have a management department? Why they gives different replys with different customer support.

    The telephone has been hanged up 3 times because my inquiry this withdraw.
