Having to cancel a withdrawal due to them splitting the payment sounds very odd indeed. However, I doubt you will see that money back as you apparently played and lost it all.
Nevertheless, I am curious to find out why this withdrawal was requested to be canceled. Please let me know when you receive feedback on this.
