I am not the one to do the bookies’ PR for them, but Bookmaker and 5Dimes are as good as it gets for US players and affiliates. In my experience Bookmaker players have better value than 5Dimes. I personally have never had an issue with Bookmaker affiliate program, but they are far from the level we are used to on the casino side.
In fact I would take unlicensed Bookmaker/DSI/CRIS over licensed Will Hill any day, both as a player and affiliate.
No offense, but the simple fact that you are talking about licenses shows that you have no idea about what Bookmaker.ag is or how things work in the sports betting industry in different parts of the world.
