Tehsik –
First off, let’s get the facts straight on this issue. I’m not taking any sides, but there is some missing information.
1) You were paid a “fee” upfront, in which you were expected to deliver results to the program
2) The expected results were not delivered to the program, OR, were not tracked properly, and they asked for a refund
3) You have refused to give them a refund, because you did spend traffic/time/money resources to generated traffic, that may or may not have been tracked
Questions:
1) Were the expected results established upfront? For example, did you determine up front how many players were expected to be delivered and/or from what markets? If so, it would help to post some proof of that.
2) Do you have any agreement/contract in place with any specific claus that covers payment policies?
3) Can you or anyone else validate the tracking issues that are happening with BestPayPartners?
4) Was this mobile or email traffic you were sending?
It’s important that you brought this issue up, but let’s not turn things into a pissing match. It sounds like things got a bit personal in your communication, but I will tell you now that we don’t tolerate personal attacks against anyone on CAP, members or affiliate managers, no exceptions.
Lets focus on getting some more information so affs can make their own judgement.
