I’m alot more optimistic than Aussie Dave. I’ve had a tough 2013 with Google, but I am very positive about the future. I just got a big payment from a site where it looked like I might be stiffed, so happy with that.
While the industry is getting tougher, there is still a huge amount of money to be made. I know lots of people who make 5, 6 and 7 figures every month. While there are bad programs out there, there are also tons of awesome programs with great AMs. I personally see a bright future for anyone who works hard and stays ahead of the game. Old SEO methods might not work, but I wouldn’t expect them too as SEO is an industry that constantly evolves. The real trick is staying ahead of the game.
