On the other hand, our policy is in place because we all know that regulated casinos are forced to pay out even in the unlikely event that there is a software bug. This limit is in place not because we pay out at those rates, we have paid higher amounts in the past, and if the limit were true then this would not be possible. A Casino can’t risk that for example a bug which releases a 10 Million Euro payout can not at least be spread so that LEGIT WINS can be paid out with priority. The Duty of the Casino is to protect its interests because ultimately it needs to protect player interests.
Please go ahead and research our casino and let me know if your results are; players complaining about our withdrawals or praising us for our fast pay outs? Kindly do get back to me on this one!
Despite all of the above, I will be looking into this for a possible solution.
