A quick update on this.
My AM has maintained, that without knowning what a player has withdrawn, I’m unable to draw the correct calculations from the Audit Data supplied in the downloaded *.xls file in my affiliate account.
So I requested this information. After a lot of stonewalling semantics I finally received a file today.
However that file did not contain the withdrawal data which my AM said I needed.
I have since requested this withdrawal data BUT now my AM refuses to continue this conversation claiming if I’m not happy I need contact eCOGRA.
Recapping, my AM tells me I need X to view the data correctly, so I request “X” and instead I’m given Y. When I challenge him about providing the wrong data, he cries foul and refuses to continue and closes the conversation down.
If things were Kosher you wouldn’t have stuffed me around for 2 months.
